For our group bookings we ask your attention for the following:

• this form allows you to make a request for reservation
• your reservation is final when you receive a confirmation from us only
• we are committed to reply your request within 2 days. If you wish a quicker confirmation on your request, please contact us by telephone at +31 (0) 20 6221095
• if the amount of persons of the group changes, please inform us by phone as soon as possible, but not later than 2 hours prior to the event
• up to 48 hours before the reservation itself you can cancel your reservation by e-mail at annuleren@belhamel.nl.
